PTSA Membership rate is only $10.00

Our goal is to have 100% membership by October 31, 2011, which means we would have over 1800 families and 100 teachers/staff and at least 30 community partners. Please help us achieve this goal by becoming a member, encouraging other parents and recruiting community members/business owners to support our school.

Langston Hughes High School's PTSA membership is open to anyone who believes in the mission and purposes of the Parent-Teacher-Student-Association (PTSA). Individual members may pay dues and belong to more than one PTSA local unit. Every person who joins a local unit PTSA automatically becomes a member of both the state and national PTAs.

The Langston Hughes target membership goal consists of the number of students present at our school at the end of the 10 day count along with every Certified teacher. We have currently achieved 13% of our goal. We encourage our students, their parents, the aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and our community to support our school's PTSA. Membership is $10.00. Your membership help assist the LHHS PTSA as they support the Langston Hughes High School.

The LHHS PTSA is in partnership with the Langston Hughes High School. Your membership dues help support academic achievement for our students, scholarships, college programs, advocacy efforts, staff appreciation and supports.

Together we are a powerful voice for children. With your help, we can continue to work toward PTA's goal of a quality education and nurturing environment for every child.
