About PTSA

Parent-Teacher-Associations (PTAs) are the largest child advocacy units in the country.

PTSAs, Parent-Teacher-Student-Associations, are a type of PTA that provide youth members with the opportunity to make a difference by developing leadership skills, learning about the legislative process, increasing their self-esteem, and contributing to the school. In turn, adult members gain a new perspective for program development, as well as acquire a better understanding of the youth of today.

PTA Vision:

Making every child's potential a reality.

PTA Mission:
  • A powerful voice for all children,
  • A relevant resource for families and communities, and
  • A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
